** Please note that the price from June to September is $3500/month and from October to May is $2700/month. Rentals must be for 30 days or more. A maximum of 12 months rental is allowed. A rental agreement must be signed between the lessee and the lessor.

* The unit is deemed non-smoking; cannabis, tobacco and vaping included both inside and outside the unit. The cultivation, production, distribution or purchase of cannabis or any illegal substance is strictly prohibited.
